It shall be unlawful for the owner of any building
to permit water from the roof or any part thereof to drain on or upon
any portion of the sidewalk or sidewalks of the Borough of Paulsboro.
Any person or persons violating the provisions
of this ordinance shall for each offense be subject to a fine not
exceeding $25 or imprisonment not to exceed five days for each offense,
in the discretion of the Magistrate before whom said offender is taken.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately.
