No driver of a vehicle shall turn such vehicle
around so as to proceed in the opposite direction on the streets of
the Borough of Paulsboro, and at locations set forth in Schedule IV,
attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance, which locations
shall be conspicuously marked with signs stating "No U-Turns."
