Pursuant to P.L. 1972, c. 45, N.J.S.A. 59:10-4, the Borough Council
of the Borough of Pemberton does hereby provide for the indemnification of
its present and former employees, appointees and officials in accordance with
the indemnification provisions applicable by state statute to all state employees.
Nothing in the aforesaid section authorizes the Borough
of Pemberton to pay for punitive or exemplary damages or damages resulting
from the commission of a crime.
