Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:69A-207,
all offices which were existing in the Township of Pemberton at 12:00
noon on January 1, 1991, have been and are hereby deemed abolished
and the terms of all elected and appointed officers are deemed to
have immediately ceased and determined as of said hour except for
those positions specifically exempted from abolishment by N.J.S.A.
40:69A-207. It is the intent and purpose of this chapter to create
anew the positions set forth within this chapter, except as otherwise
provided by law.
