In accordance with the provisions of § 182-10, trucks over the gross weight herein specified are hereby excluded from the following described streets or parts of streets, except for the pickup and delivery of materials on such streets:
A.
Motor vehicles with a gross motor vehicle weight rating of Class
5 or higher as established by the Federal Highway Administration are
hereby prohibited from operating on Brandywine Road from the intersection
of CR-630/North Pemberton Road to the intersection of Birmingham Road.
Notwithstanding, a commercial motor vehicle with a gross motor vehicle
weight rating of Class 5 or higher may be operated on said roadway
for the purposes of making deliveries or providing services to a property
owner or resident along such roadway or side street connected thereto,
limited to the duration of providing such delivery or services.
B.
Motor vehicles with a gross motor vehicle weight rating of Class
5 or higher as established by the Federal Highway Administration are
hereby prohibited from operating on Birmingham Road from the intersection
of CR-630/North Pemberton Road to the intersection of Brandywine Road.
Notwithstanding, a commercial motor vehicle with a gross motor vehicle
weight rating of Class 5 or higher may be operated on said roadway
for the purposes of making deliveries or providing services to a property
owner or resident along such roadway, limited to the duration of providing

C.
Exemptions: motor vehicles with a gross motor vehicle weight rating
of Class 5 or higher as established by the Federal Highway Administration
that are used for bona fide farming operations or used solely for
leisure by property owners or residents of properties along such roadways,
including side streets connected thereto.

In accordance with the provisions of § 182-22, the following regulations shall govern parking during "snow emergencies," which shall be defined to occur any time snow has fallen and the accumulation is such that a coating exists on any street in the Township.
A.
If the property enjoys a driveway, then vehicles must
be parked in the driveway.
B.
In the event that the driveway is not large enough
to accommodate all vehicles, or if the property does not have a driveway,
then when a snow emergency exists, all vehicles are to be parked on
the even-numbered side of the street and will be prohibited from parking
on the odd-numbered side of the street. These regulations shall apply
to all streets within the Township’s jurisdiction.
