No person shall use or discharge any air gun,
sling or other similar contrivance in any street, highway or public
place of the said borough or in any such manner that any missile ejected
or thrown from such air gun, sling or other similar contrivance shall
be thrown over or upon any such street, highway or public place in
said borough.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter
shall be liable to and shall, upon conviction, pay a fine of not more
than $100 for each and every offense.
