There is hereby established the position of
Borough Engineer pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:9-140. The Borough Engineer
shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the
Borough Council and shall serve a one-year term of office.
A qualified professional engineer shall be designated
and appointed Borough Engineer every year by the Borough Council.
