Every medical or dental office located within
the Borough of Seaside Heights shall be entitled to have one parking
space along the street in front of the medical or dental office marked
reserved for medical physician or dentist. It shall be a violation
for anyone other than the medical physician or dentist to park in
said space other than a patient of said medical physician or dentist
who is utilizing the services of that medical physician or dentist.

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions
of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, before the Municipal
Court Judge of the Borough of Seaside Heights, be fined $55, together
with costs of Court.
