City of Somers Point, NJ Article III Chief Financial Officer

§ 34-7 Establishment.

The office of Somers Point Chief Financial Officer is hereby created pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:9-140.1, as amended by P.L. 1988, c. 110.

§ 34-8 Salary. [1]

The office of Chief Financial Officer shall carry a salary as set by the Annual Salary Ordinance.[2]
