It is unlawful to lease, rent, hire, lend or bail motor scooters, motor-powered
bicycles, motorbikes or motorcycles within the City of Somers Point, New Jersey.
Any person, firm, association or corporation who shall violate any of
the provisions of this Article shall, upon conviction thereof before a proper
officer having jurisdiction, be subject to a fine not to exceed $1,000 or
by imprisonment not to exceed 90 days or by a period of community service
not to exceed 90 days, or any combination of the foregoing. Each day a violation
occurs or exists shall constitute a separate violation.
