Fees (Board of Health) — See Ch. 221.

§ 104-1 Purpose.

The purpose of this chapter is to establish fees for the use of municipal-owned facilities and equipment over which the Township of Stafford has possession.

§ 104-2 Permits.

This chapter has been established to set fees for the use of certain municipal-owned facilities and equipment, such as the mobile stage, over which the Township of Stafford has possession. The payment of the fees set forth herein shall not relieve an individual, partnership, firm or corporation from obtaining any required permits in accordance with any other provisions of the Township Code of the Township of Stafford or state statutes.

§ 104-3 License required; fee.

A. 
Any individual interested in renting the Township mobile stage must file with the Township Clerk the information hereinafter specified and obtain from such Clerk a license to do so, to be known as the "mobile stage rental license."
B. 
The fee for such rental shall be $150 when delivered Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. An additional fee of $75 shall be charged for any dropoff or pickup requested after 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, or during any weekend. Said fee(s) shall be paid to the Municipal Clerk of the Township of Stafford in the form of cash, money order, certified check, personal check or cashier's check.

§ 104-4 Application information.

The information to be filed with the Township Clerk pursuant to this chapter shall be as follows:
A. 
The name of the person, firm, group, corporation, association or organization requesting the rental of the mobile stage.
B. 
The location where the mobile stage shall be delivered.
C. 
The day(s) requested, three days maximum.
D. 
The submission of a certificate of insurance as required by the Ocean County Joint Insurance Fund.
E. 
A sworn statement or affirmation by the person signing that the information therein given is full, true and known to him/her to be so.

§ 104-5 Refunds.

All fees paid under § 104-3 above for use of the mobile stage are nonrefundable upon payment to the Township of Stafford. Fees shall only be refunded upon submission of a written request to the governing body and approval thereof by way of resolution.

§ 104-6 Power to make rules and regulations.

The Township Council may, by resolution, make rules and regulations which interpret or amplify any provision of this chapter or for the purpose of administrating the provisions of this chapter or making them more effective. No regulation shall be inconsistent with, alter or amend any provision of this chapter, and no regulation shall oppose any requirement which is in addition to or greater than the requirements that are expressly or by implication imposed by any provision of this chapter.
