Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-8, midblock crosswalks
shall be established and maintained at the locations described in
Schedule IXA.

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-8(d), in-street pedestrian
crossing right-of-way signs shall be established and maintained at
the locations described in Schedule IXB.
