The Trustees hereby elect to confer the benefits provided by Chapter 277 of the Laws of 1981[1] upon all of the employees of the Village of Hudson Falls as the term "employees" is defined therein, and the Trustees hereby declare that the Village of Hudson Falls shall be held liable for the costs incurred under the provisions of Chapter 277 of the Laws of 1981.
