[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Hudson
Falls 8-18-1986 as Ch. 53 of the 1968 Code; amended in
its entirety 3-16-1992 by L.L. No. 4-1992.
Subsequent amendments noted where applicable.]
The Village of Hudson Falls hereby adopts this chapter, which shall
be known as the "Sanitary Code," and said code shall be the Standard Plumbing
Code recommended by the New York State Department of Health.[1] The wording of Section 1245.1 of the State Code is hereby adopted
by reference.
