A. 
The Bethel Township, Delaware County Sewer Authority shall be permitted to make assessment of collection costs and attorneys' fees by the Authority as to accounts of users of the public sanitary sewer system should required payments for connection and/or sewer rents by any user remain delinquent in excess of 30 days of the date required for any such payments;
B. 
Assessment of costs and fees shall be in accordance with a schedule of costs and fees that may from time to time be adopted by the Authority;
C. 
The amount assessed by the Authority pursuant to this article and the Authority's schedule of costs and fees shall be collectible and enforceable by the Authority by any means provided in accordance with applicable law, regulations and ordinances.

All of the terms and provisions of Chapter 338, Sewers, Article II, Disposal of Sewage, as amended, are incorporated herein by reference and are made a part hereof.
B. 
All of the terms and provisions of Township Ordinance No. 21,[1] as amended, Township Ordinance No, 102, as amended,[2] and Chapter 338, Article I, as amended, are incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof.

It is declared that the enactment of this article is necessary for the protection, benefit and preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the inhabitants of this Township.

The Board hereby adopts the schedule of legal fees, pursuant to 53 P.S. § 7106(a.1), as follows:
A. 
For attorneys: $150 per hour.
B. 
For paralegals: $60 per hour.
