A.
The Select Board is authorized to establish from time
to time fees and charges for licenses, permits and other municipal
purposes granted by departments under the Board's jurisdiction, such
authority hereby granted and such fees and charges established to
be consistent with the General Laws of the commonwealth.
B.
The Select Board is also authorized to waive any fee
or charge, the amount of which is fixed by the Select Board, upon
a determination that the public interest so requires.
