No person shall behave in a rude, indecent or
disorderly manner in any public place or on any street or sidewalk
in the Town or any public dwelling house or other buildings therein
or upon any doorstep, portico or other projection from any such house
or other building to the disturbance of any person.
Any violation of this article shall be punishable
by a fine not exceeding $200.
