There shall be an annual calculation of the
fee for connections to the Boroughs sanitary sewer system. This shall
be computed in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:26A-11, and any other
applicable statute, and the Borough's Engineer, Clerk, Attorney and
Finance Officer shall take such actions as are reasonable and necessary
to effect the annual establishment of the sewer connection fee.
