[HISTORY: Adopted by the Township Council of the Township of Lower by Ord. No. 81-8 (Sec. 2A-7 of the 1975 Code). Amendments noted where applicable.]

A. 
The Tax Collector of the Township of Lower is hereby directed to charge $5 for the preparation of any duplicate tax bill prepared at the request of a property owner of the Township of Lower.
B. 
The moneys so collected shall be transmitted to the Treasurer of the Township to be deposited along with current revenues in the appropriate accounts of the Township of Lower.

For all records and documents for which a photocopy request is received by the appropriate custodian of such records and documents, the person making such request shall be charged a fee of $0.15 per copy.

For any services performed for the benefit of any persons requesting records and/or documents above and beyond mere photocopying, the charge shall be an additional $10 per hour or any portion thereof for each person performing such services.

Tax records/files, electronic version, yearly subscription: Annual fee of $1,200 paid in advance will be charged to any company requesting the complete electronic version of all tax records. Records will be sent at a minimum of twice a week. This fee does not apply to mortgage companies and mortgage-servicing companies in connection with the direct billing and payment of real estate taxes.
B. 
Tax records/files, electronic version, single request: A fee in the amount of $50 per request will be charged to any company or individual requesting the complete electronic version of all tax records. Said fee will entitle the requestor to a one-time transmission of the data on the date of payment.
