It has come to the attention of the Mayor and Township Committee that
the leasing of motor scooters, motor bikes, and motorcycles has greatly increased
the hazards on the streets and highways of the Township, and has precipitated
so much noise so as to constitute a nuisance and detract from the peaceful
enjoyment of the residents and visitors of the Township.
It shall be unlawful to lease, bail or rent motor scooters, motor bikes
or motorcycles within the Township.
