GENERAL REFERENCES
Planning Commission — See Ch. 46.
The Vacant Property Review Committee, composed of five members, is hereby
established in and for the Borough of Monaca. The members of the Committee
shall be made up of at least one member of the governing body, a representative
of the appropriate Planning Commission and a representative to be designated
by the Chief Executive Officer of the Borough. The Vacant Property Review
Committee may exercise all powers and shall perform all duties vested by Act
No. 1978-94 of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.[1]
