A permit issued under this chapter shall be valid for the calendar year
in which it was issued.
The fee for the renewal of a permit issued under this chapter shall
be set from time to time by the Board of Supervisors for each calendar year
for which the permit has been renewed.
The Township Board of Supervisors may revoke any permit issued pursuant
to this chapter or refuse to renew the same if it finds after investigation
that the waste storage, collection, processing or disposal facility has been
operating in violation of the regulations set forth in this chapter, any Department
laws or regulations or any other pertinent laws or regulations of the commonwealth.
