At the time of filing, the preliminary plan
shall be accompanied by a check, payable to the Township, in an amount
equal to the fee required for consideration of preliminary plan as
set forth in the fee schedule, as provided by resolution, currently
in force in the Township, as established by ordinance or resolution.[1]
