A.
Words and phrases, when used in this chapter, except
for sections or articles to which different, specific or additional
definitions apply, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the
Vehicle Code, 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 101 et seq., as amended; provided,
however, that the word "street" may be used interchangeably with the
word "highway," and they shall all have the same meaning.
B.
In this chapter, the singular shall include the plural,
the plural shall include the singular and the masculine shall include
the feminine.
C.
The posting of official signs, as may be approved
from time to time by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation,
to notify the public of the contents of this chapter is hereby authorized.
