No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon
any part of the streets or parts thereof described as follows:

Violations of this article shall be punished,
after conviction by a District Justice or other court with jurisdiction,
in accordance with the penalties provided in the Vehicle Code (75
Pa.C.S.A. § 101 et seq., as amended).
