No person shall park a motor vehicle upon any
municipal road, street or alley posted for snow removal operations.
Snow removal parking restrictions shall apply, as posted, on one side
of the street or alley on even-number calendar days and on the opposite
side of the road, street or alley on odd-number calendar days to accomplish
alternate side parking.
A.
Even-number calendar day parking restrictions shall
commence at 3:00 p.m. of the even-number calendar day and terminate
at 3:00 p.m. of the following odd-number calendar day. Odd-number
calendar day parking restrictions shall commence at 3:00 p.m. of the
odd-number calendar day and terminate at 3:00 p.m. of the following
even-number calendar day.
B.
Snow removal parking restrictions shall apply from
November 15 to April 1 of each year.

a designation of streets posted for snow removal parking.
Penalties shall be as provided in § 210-22.
