Municipal Sewer Authority — See Ch. 17.
The Board of Road Supervisors hereby expresses its intention to organize
and incorporate a Municipal Authority for Palmer Township in accordance with
the Act of May 2, 1945, P.L. 382, as amended, immediately after the effective
date of this ordinance.
The name of the proposed authority will be "Palmer Township Municipal
Authority."
The Authority will be organized and incorporated for the purpose of
acquiring, holding, constructing, improving, maintaining and operating, owning,
leasing, either in the capacity of lessor or lessee, a public school building
and its appurtenances.
The names and addresses and terms of office of the first members of
the Board of the Authority will be as follows: Robert Laub, Mt. Rt. 35, Easton,
Pa., term of five years; Arthur Kellow, Mt. Rt. 35, Easton, Pa., term of four
years; John Rau, Mt. Rt. 41, Easton, Pa., term of three years; Jos. Kuebler,
2515 Northampton St., Easton, Pa., term of two years; Harrison T. Sales, Mt.
Rt. 36, Easton, Pa., term of one year.
