Township Engineer and Solicitor fees for preliminary approval:
(a)
Actual cost to the Township of plan review, report preparation and other services performed by the Township Engineer and(or the Township Solicitor, as billed to the Township at the normal rate charged.
(b)
Method of payment: application deposit.
