§ 18-1 Adoption of Official Map.

After publication and public hearing as required under the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, the map attached hereto and made a part hereof is adopted as the Official Map of the Borough of Pen Argyl.[1]

§ 18-2 Availability of copies.

The Borough Secretary, at the direction of the President of the Borough Council, shall be authorized to make copies of this map, including reductions and enlargements, and to make such copies available to the public at a cost to be fixed by the Council of the Borough of Pen Argyl by resolution properly adopted from time to time.
