The amendment and restatement of the Borough of Pen Argyl Police
Pension Plan attached hereto as Exhibit A is enacted, and the Borough
of Pen Argyl, through its Council President and Secretary, is authorized
and directed to execute the attached amendment and restatement of
the Pension Plan.[1]

The Borough of Pen Argyl, through its Council President and
Secretary, is further authorized and directed to execute the Borough
of Pen Argyl Police Pension Plan Trust Agreement attached hereto as
Exhibit B.[1]
