The portion of F Street shown on the Official Map of the Borough of
Pen Argyl between Pennsylvania Avenue and Williams Street and having the approximate
dimensions of 175 feet in length by 29 feet in width is hereby vacated, and
that portion to be vacated shall be removed from the Official Map of the Borough
of Pen Argyl and shall no longer be considered a portion of the street system
of the Borough.

All that certain piece, parcel or plot of land situate in the Borough
of Pen Argyl, County of Northampton and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania bounded
and described as follows: Beginning at a point marking the intersection of
the southeasterly right-of-way line of fifty-foot-wide Walnut Avenue with
the southwesterly line of Lot No. 1 in Phase II of the Mary's Mountain Estates
Residential Development. Said point being located 200 feet measured northeasterly
along said right-of-way line from its intersection with the northeasterly
right-of-way line of fifty-foot-wide Wood Avenue; thence along the southeasterly
right-of-way line of said Walnut Avenue, South fifty-three degrees, forty-nine
minutes, nine seconds West (S 53° 49' 09" W) 130 feet; thence crossing
said Walnut Avenue, North thirty-six degrees, ten minutes, fifty-one
seconds West (N 36° 10' 51" W) 50 feet to a point on the northwesterly
right-of-way line of said Walnut Avenue; thence along said line of Walnut
Avenue, North fifty-three degrees, forty-nine minutes, nine seconds East (N
53° 49' 09" E) 130 feet to a point on the easterly line of Lot No. 1 of
Phase II of said Mary's Mountain Estates Residential Development; thence along
the southwesterly line of Lot No. 1 of said development, South thirty-six
degrees, ten minutes, fifty-one seconds East (S 36° 10' 51" E) 50 feet
to the point of beginning, containing an area of 6,500 square feet or 0.149
acres be the same.
