This chapter shall be known and may be cited
as the "Administrative Code of the City of Scranton."
The following words, when used in this chapter
shall, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, mean or include
the following:
The Home Rule Charter of the City of Scranton, Pennsylvania.
The City of Scranton, Pennsylvania.
The City Council of the City of Scranton, Pennsylvania.
That election required by the Constitution of Pennsylvania
to be held in odd-numbered years.
Includes an individual, a partnership, an association and
a corporation.
