[Adopted 9-26-1979 as Sec. 2-119, of the 1979 Code]
A. 
A trust fund is hereby established in which all revenue sharing payments will be deposited and accounted for.
B. 
All funds received by the city as its payment from revenue sharing shall be accounted for and expended in accordance with all rules and regulations of Public Law 92-512 adopted by the 92nd Congress H.R. 14370, Oct. 20, 1972, known as "Fiscal Assistance to State and Local Governments."
C. 
The City Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to establish a special account or accounts for any funds furnished to the city by the United States Government as its payment from revenue sharing.
