All ordinances or resolutions which shall require printing may be prepared
by the City Clerk using any type of printing which may be done by a typewriter
or other instrument and on any type of paper in any size being suitable by
the City Clerk. Copies of such ordinances may be prepared by any reproduction
method commercially available and found suitable to the City Clerk.
