A.Â
No person shall leave outside of any building or dwelling,
or leave abandoned in any area which may be accessible to children, any icebox,
refrigerator or any other container which has an airtight door and locking
device that prohibits the opening of such door from the inside.
B.Â
Prior to the abandonment of any icebox,
refrigerator or other container by any person, all doors and locking devices
shall be removed from the same.
