No person shall erect or build on property abutting on any street, avenue, court or place a fence made of iron, wood or any other material that shall have sharp, pointed pickets or which has barbed wire.
It shall be unlawful for any person to play baseball or football in any of the streets or highways of the city.
Placing or leaving any article of traffic or merchandise or any wares or any case or box containing the same or any packing boxes or barrel on streets, sidewalks or highways is prohibited.

A. 
The placement of any type of coin-operated dispensing machines other than newspaper dispensing machines upon any public sidewalk or highway within the central business district shall be prohibited.
B. 
Any person or persons violating this provision shall, upon conviction thereof, be liable to a fine or penalty of not more than three hundred dollars ($300.).

Erecting any building or part thereof or the continuance of any building upon any street, highway or public place or the erection of any structure, which obscures the prospect between any inside of the sidewalk line, lawfully established, and the public street is prohibited.
