§ 24-1 Rate of reimbursement. [1]

All township elected or appointed officials, officers or employees shall receive a mileage reimbursement fee for travel, as authorized by the Township Commissioners, in the amount currently authorized by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

§ 24-2 Authority to advance fee.

The Township Secretary and other proper officers of the township are authorized to advance such mileage reimbursement fee, as well as any other properly authorized reimbursement fee, in advance of the official, officer or employee incurring such cost, provided that the same is issued no earlier than 10 days prior to the anticipated travel or incurring of other expense.
