It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to
leave any abandoned, unattended or discarded ice box, refrigerator
or other container of any kind outside of any building or dwelling
in a place accessible to children without first removing the door
or doors from such ice box, refrigerator or other container.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this
chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof,
shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than 15 days or by
a fine of not more than $250, or by both.
