The throwing, dumping and dropping of any garbage, bottles, cans, rubbish,
wire, glass, paper, or other refuse, or wood or cardboard cartons on the public
sidewalks, streets or other public places of the Borough of New Hope and subject
to the jurisdiction of the Borough is hereby prohibited.

Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction
thereof, before any District Justice, be sentenced to pay a minimum fine of
$50 and up to and not exceeding $600 and costs, or in default of payment thereof,
shall be subject to imprisonment for a term not to exceed 30 days.
