Township of Burlington, NJ SECTION 15:5 No Stopping or Standing Zones

§ 15:5-1 No stopping or standing areas.

No person shall stop or stand a vehicle during the specified times upon any of the roadways described in Schedule III, which is attached hereto and made a part of this chapter.[1]

§ 15:5-2 Violations and penalties. [1]

Any violation of this section shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than the maximum penalty as set forth in Chapter 1, Article II, Definitions; General Penalty.
