The revision and updating of the Toms River
Township Tax Map by the Township Engineer, to show conditions of lands
and real estate in this municipality as of December 8, 2003, is hereby
accepted and approved.
Township Clerk shall send a certified copy of
this chapter to the Secretary of the Board of Tax Assessors and to
the Tax Collector of this municipality.
The Township Clerk shall send two certified
copies of this chapter to the Township Engineer, one being for his
or her records and the other for her or him to forward to the Director,
Division of Taxation, Engineering and Railroad Tax Bureau, Department
of the Treasury, State of New Jersey, with a reduced-size Tax Map
for the records and information of said Director.
