[Former Ch. 55, Utilities Authority, adopted 12-31-2001 by Ord. No.
2001-37 as § 2-44 of the 2001 Code, was
repealed 9-27-2007 by Ord. No. 2007-46. Said ordinance also provided
the following: the dissolution of the Municipal Utilities Authority;
the transfer of title to all facilities; the execution of transfer;
the payment of all creditors and obligees; the creation of a utility;
and the authorization for the Township to pay Authority obligations
and to take all necessary actions.]
