Editor's Note: Effective 1-1-1967, the Board of Supervisors was replaced by the County Legislature.
There is hereby created in the county government of the County of Monroe a Department of Information Services. The Department, to be headed by a Director, shall have charge of all electronic data processing equipment, programming and personnel throughout the various units of county government. Such Department shall also include such other positions as may be created by the governing body.
