Editor's Note: Former Ch. 664, Swimming Pools, Public, of
the 2008 Code, adopted 12-1-1976, as amended 12-6-1994, was repealed 10-20-2022 by Ord. No.
BOH 04-2022.
Pursuant to and in accordance with the State Sanitary Code and
rules and regulations (N.J.S.A. 26:1A-7 and 26:4A-7), there is hereby
adopted N.J.A.C. 8:26 et seq., Public Recreational Bathing.
The following fees are hereby established:
A.Â
For the issuance of an annual license to operate a public swimming
pool: $100. Applications for license renewals received on or after
May 15 will be assessed a late fee of $50.
B.Â
Review and approve all specifications, plans, and reports prior to
the location, construction or alteration of a public swimming pool,
wading pool, hot tub, spa, or aquatic recreation facility: $100.
