The Town Meeting, the legislative body of the Town of North Haven, in
accordance with Section 7-136d of the Connecticut General Statutes, hereby
authorizes the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce, Inc., and/or the Foundation
of the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce, Inc., to apply for a grant of
the privilege of establishing, operating and maintaining a foreign trade zone
as permitted pursuant to the Federal Foreign-Trade Zones Act of 1934, as amended.
