The Town of Tolland, Connecticut, hereby establishes an Economic Development
Commission in accordance with Section 7-136 of the General Statutes of Connecticut,
Revision of 1958.
The Commission shall consist of five members appointed by the Town Manager,
in accordance with Chapter V of the Charter,[1] for terms of five years each, so arranged that the term of one
member shall expire each year, and two alternate members appointed for terms
of two years each.

The Commission shall have such powers and duties as prescribed by Section
7-136 of the General Statutes of Connecticut.
