Town of Tolland, CT Chapter 30 Library Advisory Board

§ 30-1 Membership.

The Town Council of the Town of Tolland shall appoint a Tolland Public Library Advisory Board consisting of seven members.

§ 30-2 Terms.

Biennially the Council shall appoint three or four members to four-year terms to succeed the members whose terms expire.

§ 30-3 Effect on current members.

Nothing herein shall affect the terms of the current members of the Tolland Public Library Advisory Board.

§ 30-4 Powers and duties.

The Tolland Public Library Advisory Board shall advise the Council on matters affecting the Town Library and shall perform any other duties as may be given it by the Council.
