§ 1 Compliance with Regulations on House Trailers Required.

It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to violate or fail to comply with the following regulations[1] relating to the placement of house trailers within the said Borough.

§ 2 Trailers and Similar Living Accommodations to Have Permanent Foundations and Conform to Building Regulations.

No house trailer, vehicle trailer or other living accommodations of similar nature, not built upon a permanent foundation and in conformity with the building regulations of the Borough,[1] shall be permitted within the Borough of Fox Chapel.

§ 3 Enforcement.

It shall be the duty of the Borough Manager, acting under the direction of the Council of said Borough, to enforce this ordinance.[1]

§ 4 Penalty for Violation.

Any person, partnership or corporation violating any provision of this ordinance[1] shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000 and costs of prosecution, or in default of payment of such fines and costs, to a undergo imprisonment for not more than 30 days. Provided: each violation of any provision of this ordinance, and each day the same is continued, after receipt of written notice, shall be deemed a separate offense.
