No person or persons over the age of 14 years
shall appear on the beach unless properly clothed in such manner as
will conceal from the view of others those portions of the person
of such individuals as are ordinarily considered improper to expose.
No person or persons over the age of 14 years
shall appear in any street, highway or other public place, or in any
store or place of business, clad in bathing or swimming apparel, unless
such person shall wear a proper garment, clothing or outer wrap covering
such bathing or swimming apparel.
Any person or person violating any section of
this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding
$25 or to being imprisoned for a term not exceeding 10 days, or both.
