It shall be unlawful for anyone other than residents
of the Borough of Wanaque to enter upon or use any of the land, water
or recreational facilities of Rainbow Valley Lake or any other facilities
thereunto appurtenant to picnic, fish, boat, swim, ice skate or for
any other recreational purpose or for any use or purpose whatsoever.
Any person violating the provisions of this
chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not
exceeding $500 or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days,
or both.
